You will receive on-going coaching, motivation & guidance with simplifying your life, shedding materialism, purging stuff from your life (material and non-material), making tough “letting go” decisions & so much more.

If you are interested in Email Coaching: We will communicate primarily via email, and your questions are unlimited.  We will create an ongoing dialogue between us, and you will discover your zen-like powers within.  The great thing about email coaching is that you can read and re-read our conversations as much as you like — you can go back & see how much you’ve progressed throughout our sessions or go back and re-read something you didn’t quite understand the first time.  It is self-paced, very individualized and self-exploratory.  You will be amazed by your personal discoveries.

With Instant Message Session Coaching, we will dialogue in real time over MSN or Yahoo Instant Messaging.  This can be a stand-alone service or supplement another package.
